Yodeling in Horw

We travel with our eyes, yes, but also with our ears. And some of the travel locations have their distinct, unique sounds. For Switzerland this sound is definitely yodeling. While it is performed for pleasure and entertainment now and has become a well-known folk tradition of Switzerland, the evolution of yodeling was one of rural practicality.

During the tour our local tour guide will tell you more about the history and origins of yodeling and introduce to the yodel club. Afterwards you will have a chance to attend the rehearsal of the music performance and also practice yodeling by yourself. Aperitive break is included in the agenda.

  • It is a perfect activity for everyone, which suitable both for groups and individuals.
