Are you ready to travel back in time and experience an important chapter of history up close? Then join us on a fascinating 5-kilometre hiking trail that takes you past original sites from the history of Morgarten.

Discover seven animated stations that bring the Morgarten story to life. Immerse yourself in audio dramas featuring historical figures such as Duke Leopold, the court jester Kuoni von Stocken, knight Heinrich von Hünenberg and Werner Stauffacher, which take you back to the year 1315, the time of the Battle of Morgarten.

Your hike will take you along mountain and hiking trails, tarmac roads, picturesque meadows, through dense forests and past idyllic farms. Along the way, you will not only learn about the history, but also enjoy the breathtaking nature of the region.
