Spanish Paella cooking course in LucerneWe start with an appetizer consisting of various delicious Tapas. Togehter we cook different Paella dishes, always 3 to 4 people on a pan (meat only, seafood, vegetarian, and more). The dessert will be the famous Crema Catalana. You will learn a lot about Spanish culture, wine, St. James pilgrim way and geographic. You will receive a booklet with all recipes.
This class takes place with others participants (dates on www.bolero-luzern.ch. If you would like to book a group up from 10 persons, you can ask for an individual date.
