Wunderbar! Interessant! Erfrischend! Bereichernd!
Steffy führte uns an spezielle Orte in Basel wo sie uns in die Geheimnisse rund um den Kakao einführte und wir das Degustieren zelebrierten. Besonders die Kombination oder der grosse Bogen von Basels Handelsgeschichte, die Geschichten um die berühmten schweizer Chocolatiers mit den Prozessen im Anbaugebiet, der Gewinnung des Rohproduktes vor Ort, die kulturelle Bedeutung im Herkunftsland des Kakaobaumes befriedigte mein Wissensdurst. Toll vorgetragen! Danke!
