Discover the secrets of nature on an interactive trail full of discoveries and surprises

On the sensory trail in Hüttwilen, for example, you can make stones sound or put your instincts to the test by feeling different types of wood.
How good is your sense of time, what smells can you recognise, how do stones sound and what do different types of wood feel like? You can also experience the diverse soundscape in the forest or explore the surroundings from a different perspective. But there are also interesting things to learn about our animals: For example, how does a butterfly's sense of smell work and where do raccoons prefer to spend the night? You will be on the trail of the senses at eight stations.

The nature project - the "Nägelsee" forest pond - is also on the sensory trail route. The forest pond provides a habitat for rare animal and plant species, such as the bright green tree frog.
