Reto hat uns während dem "Waldbaden" verschiedene Aufgaben gestellt. Ich war überrascht wir schnell ich herunterfahren konnte und zur Ruhe kam. Den Alltag habe ich hinter mir gelassen und habe mich auf mich konzentriert und bin achtsam durch den Wald spaziert. Bei einer Meditation habe ich auch gelernt wie ich meine Energie immer wieder neu aufladen kann und mich erden kann. Die drei Stunden im Wald waren eine gute Erfahrung. Vielen Dank Reto.
